Hotel Kapok Shenzhen Bay

This is one of the best hotel I stayed. Door step to Shenzhen bay and multiple parks. Staff are so friendly. Whenever I rang the reception, they say “您好！让您久等了 （Good morning/afternoon/evening Madam! Sorry to keep you waiting)” Simple opening made me feel that they respected my feelings & time. The cleaning staff (黄定玉） was very thorough and effectively cleaned my room everyday.

Room is clean & comfortable. Housekeeping very on point. Location is great. Beside there's a mall.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Can communicate effectively to us in English.

The only good thing was the good attention on behalf of the hotel staff.
